Yes, you'll need to register for a Faburikku account to place an order. This helps facilitate faster checkouts for your future purchases. However you can still choose to sign in as “Guest.

We're sorry for sending you a defective item!

Please email us at order@faburikku.sg with your order number, name of the affected item, and a photograph of the defect. We will be in touch on the next steps to take once we assess the condition.

Defective cases should be highlighted to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items* returned must be unworn, unused and packaging intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, another merchandise of equal price value can be exchanged.

*Excludes: orders made with sales/ discounted/ marked-down items.

PAYMENT

 
We accept Bank Transfer and Credit Cards.

 
To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.

 
Orders with will be automatically cancelled after 24 hour if payment through credit card or bank transfer is not received. Following this, any codes applied in the order will be automatically reinstated as well. You may wish to place a new order at your earliest convenience!

Should you face further difficulties placing an order, please email us with your order number at order@faburikku.sg. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can during office hours.

SHIPPING

 
Upon placing the order and 2-3 business days needed for processing, your parcel will be dispatched.

*Orders made after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Please note that during peak seasons, deliveries may be delayed for another 1-2 business days.

 
We do international shipping.

There are certain excluded countries, please email us at info@faburikku.sg if in doubt!

RETURNS

 
Yes, you can exchange your item(s) within:

  • 14 calendar days of the delivery date (local Singapore orders)

We do not offer any refunds but items can be exchanged.

Items must be unworn, unused, with packaging still intact.

*Excludes: orders made with sales/discounted/marked-down items.

Each item can only be exchanged once with official online store receipt.

If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, another item of equal price value can be selected by customer for exchange.

All purchases can only be exchanged at Faburikku Retail Store:

*You are required to notify us by email at order@faburikku.sg with reason for exchange before heading down to our retail store.
